“The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises” (Project 101129315 – TURBO)

The main aim of TURBO is to increase resilience, preparedness, and responsiveness of HEIs in Ukraine through building their capacities, improving competences, and sharing experience.
Planned project duration: 2024-2026
Objectives:
- Improve and build capacities of Ukrainian HEIs in providing more flexible, relevant to labour market and practice-oriented educational offer in the field of business and management for faster integration into EU educational space.
- Contribute to the re-placement of IDP into new local community through their retraining and social adaptation.
- Share experience on retraining and social adaptation of IDPs within Ukraine and internationally.f IDPs within Ukraine and internationally.
- Improve the regulatory framework in the Ukrainian system for higher education through recognition of micro-credentials as a part of life-long learning practices at universities.
- Facilitate the cooperation between multiple actors to ensure social inclusiveness, increased employability of students, and quality of higher education during times of social crises.
